I come to this Starbucks almost every morning and usually order my cappuccino with protein milk. Lately, every drink I receive has the same issue: the protein milk turns into a thick, solid layer that takes up half the cup. The coffee becomes impossible to drink, and most of it goes to waste.
Cappuccinos are already foam-forward drinks, but this is not normal foam — this is a clumpy, curdled, gritty texture. It has happened multiple times in a row, so it’s clearly a preparation issue.
I hope the team can fix the way they steam the protein milk, because I really like this location and want to keep coming, but right now the quality is consistently disappointing.

I am not one to go to Starbucks. But I was in a tight spot. There is parking!!! (In a college town that at can be tricky) The drinks are pretty standard Starburst I got a Pumpkin Chai and it was yummy. Bottom line: the employees are really nice, it’s clean and the internet was topnotch.

Super chill Starbucks. Lots of parking but can get pretty busy and a lot of traffic in the parking lot. The drinks are always spot on and taste great. The staff members are really chill and friendly. There’s a lot of seating indoor and outdoor. Perfectly located off the highway but could be difficult to make a left back onto the main road due to traffic.

I usually stop at Starbucks during my walks for a cup of ice water — sometimes I’m charged $0.30, sometimes it’s free, but never a problem. Just yesterday I bought ice at this same Mace & Highway 50 store, and today I got ice at two other locations (Sacramento & Vacaville) with no issue.
But today here, the manager Mandy told me “We don’t sell ice” with a smirk, then got snarky and dismissive when I explained I’d just had surgery and really needed water. I only had 50 cents with me, so I couldn’t buy anything else like she seemed to expect.
Unprofessional, inconsistent, and disappointing — especially when other Starbucks locations handle this with no problem.
Definitely will come again we were made to feel welcome it was clean and neat the bathrooms were ADA compliant easily able to build my chair in and it was clean and needed no attention from the staff and it didn’t have one of those pesky locks where you have to run asked for the code and then we’ll back over to the door it was clean and fresh and ready to go I absolutely would recommend 10 out of 10

Alex took our orders and even after repeating them 2-3 times they were still incorrect and one of our drinks was literally half full. I don’t know what kind of disorder exists in this Starbucks but truly the worst.
