Alex took our orders and even after repeating them 2-3 times they were still incorrect and one of our drinks was literally half full. I don’t know what kind of disorder exists in this Starbucks but truly the worst.

It was my dog’s last day on earth, and I wanted to bring her one final treat...something she had always loved, something that had been part of so many of our adventures together. I pulled into Starbucks, barely holding it together, and asked for a Puppuccino for her last day. What they did next broke me in the most beautiful way.❤️❤️

This is the Starbucks I go to regularly, but on my last visit, they went above and beyond in a way I will never forget...

I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog, Annabelle, after her throat cancer had spread. On her last day, I took her on one final adventure, our usual trip to Starbucks, where she could enjoy her favorite treat, a Puppuccino. Through my tears, I asked the baristas if they could write something on her cup since it would be her last Puppuccino. What they did next truly touched my heart.

Not only did they decorate her cup, but they also brought her a little sausage treat and came to the window to tell me how sorry they were for what I was going through. Every single one of them took a moment to acknowledge Annabelle, her life, and the love we shared. They didn’t have to do any of this, but they did..because kindness still exists in this world, and that day, I needed it more than ever.

I had hardly any hope left, but in that moment, they made my day a little brighter, a little warmer, a little more bearable. Annabelle left this earth wrapped in love, compassion, and her favorite Starbucks adventure that day.

To the team who made this small but incredibly meaningful gesture, thank you. Your kindness on one of the hardest days of my life will stay with me forever. 💖🥹

Very nice Starbucks, lids are completely useless. Terrible design, cant even drink out of them without a straw. Everything was fine other than that. Get rid of those awful lids

ITZi is one of the managers I was apparently working with at the drive-through window she made my drink wrong on accident. I asked her to remake it and she said she couldn’t take the drink back and I completely understood that but nor did I have room or an extra hand to hold that drink so I asked her to keep it please and then she proceeds to slam the window shut in my face walk away. Ignore me and I try getting her attention she looks at me, ignores me again and then goes and hides in the back. I do not appreciate this customer service after being with this Starbucks 5+ years I think management needs to be more under control, especially with that manager.
