This review is for product quantity alone. I'm not entirely sure if all Starbucks are like this ( this particular location is my go-to) but I'll keep an eye out now. Today my cup felt lighter than usual. Sure enough there was less matcha latte than usual. Definitely a bummer. I'll have to ask if this was a one off or are all drinks being under poured now.

They never make any drinks consistently. I only ever get the same thing and I’ve always had to go back in to get it fixed. It’s such a waste of time :,) so I go out of my way to go to Mace. And not to mention it’s an $8 drink…

I'd say this Starbucks exceeded expectations. I was in and out quickly. Nice clean public bathroom. Friendly Service. And I ended up with a tall house coffee and non-fat milk. Very convenient to the interstate 80 on ramp.
Mandy? (tall with brown hair i think) was so rude for no reason this morning. It took her several minutes to even acknowledge us at the register, and looked so mad for doing her job. She didn’t even look like she wanted to be there, which I get, but there’s no reason to be rude and have an attitude with customers. All the other baristas welcomed us in though and were so nice, but Mandy really ruined it.

Normally this is a great place to stay and order. But this morning I ordered ahead than another customer but all the food for other customer has ready and no idea why I been waiting about 5 minutes just for a iced cold brew. The other customer was not a mobile order, and she ordered right after me.

Chelsea took my order & was super sweet! A worker also handed out samples which made my day while studying for finals :) & my matcha at this location tasted better than usual (cold foam was so yummy & fresh!) good study ambiance
