Got my sandwich wrong. I also ordered a pro for $6 extra, and they gave me a normal sandwich. I called the place informing them of this and the manager with a thick heavy Indian accent (could barely make out what she was saying) basically just said screw you and your order, we're very busy right now. Didn't even offer my any compensation- just told me to come back and BUY another sub and they wouldn't charge me for the price of the order they messed up on. Terrible.Who is this manager and how did she even get hired? Crazy terrible.

This Franchisee is a fool; yea, a liar. Will spare details, but dine somewhere else, be it Nugget Market nearby or another Subway location...but STAY AWAY from this fool & his enterprise!

Now I understand that everything cost more nowadays but when it comes to penny pinching this subway takes the cake! I was lured in by the sign that said 12 new subs and how it looked in the picture was not what they sell. I ordered the philly cheesesteak, (number 1) 6 inch; for $8.. thinking for $8 I might get a good sandwich..but no it does not . Their prices went up and their sandwiches got smaller. I feel ripped off and will never come back to this subway again. The owners should be ashamed of their business practices.
