I have never ordered a sandwich from any Subway and been so dissatisfied. This location is very cheap on their meat, sauces, cheese and veggies. It seemed like all I was biting into was the bread. Ridiculous to spend what one spends and to end up with such a disappointment. I placed my order through the app because I only have 30 mins for lunch so I ran there, picked it up and rushed back to work to open it up and see what garbage was made. Save yourself from such a disappointment and go to any other Subway location to get your sandwich.

Im from Woodland and love all the subways in Woodland. I just started working here in Davis and noticed there was this Subway down the Street. Ive ordered from Doordash 2x to this location and both times received sandwiches that were not what I ordered. Additional stuff and missing stuff. I then went in thinking maybe it's just ordering they are having a hard time reading. Anyways, I go in and I had to repeatedly ask for more onions and lettuce because they were barely putting anything on my sandwich. Definitely not going here again. They suck! Oh and I basically had a mayo sandwich with the glob of mayo they put on it. I love mayo but when it's dripping off of every bite I take that's excessive.

Got my sandwich wrong. I also ordered a pro for $6 extra, and they gave me a normal sandwich. I called the place informing them of this and the manager with a thick heavy Indian accent (could barely make out what she was saying) basically just said screw you and your order, we're very busy right now. Didn't even offer my any compensation- just told me to come back and BUY another sub and they wouldn't charge me for the price of the order they messed up on. Terrible.Who is this manager and how did she even get hired? Crazy terrible.

Overall this place is ok, to be honest, I only get subway when I'm in desperate need of a salad or sandwich but don't have time to make one myself. When I'm hungry at least it gets the job done. As for some flaws this sub joint might have ... well on a couple of occasions the vegetables for the protein bowls were drenched in tap water, and let's just say Davis tap water doesn't have the most appealing flavor lol besides that my experience with this subway has been average would recommend the sandwich if short on time, I'd be cautious with the protein bowls.

We swung by here after doing some groceries here in Safeway ... they have this drive thru and we kinda wanna try it, there was a car waiting ahead already for their order.. There is like a huge touch screen machine and you order your own food.. It was very easy , it was quite a wait about 10 mins but very convenient rather than standing in the store with a crowd, id rather wait in the car.. Ordered Tuna Sandwich in Herb and Cheese Bread with Sweet Onion Dressing and Steak and Cheese with Ranch Dressing. Customer service was ok when we picked up next window and the lady was polite.. Sandwich was well made, very clean and very tasty too... I would give this place a perfect 5 stars

Buyer Beware! Do not use the app to order! On April 8, 2021, I ordered sandwiches on the Subway app, received email confirmation, and my credit card was charged. But when I came to this store to pickup, the store denied receiving my order and refused to honor my order or work with me to get my refund. I am now $31.57 out and I never got the food I paid for. The Subway corporate number and website are black holes so no luck talking to anyone about getting my refund. Store owner was rude and dismissive!
