When I visit Davis I come here for the boba but always end up buying the food as well. The Red paste sesame balls and the popcorn chicken is delicious. Love the option of cold and hot boba! Great place!

Lot of variety of drinks and toppings. There are a lot of other boba places in the area, but this location has consistently good milk teas and boba. My go to is a roasted oolong milk tea w/boba or a lychee black tea with lychee jelly. Not busy when you go when they first open, probably a lot more busy later in the day.

T4 is a perfect place to hang out with friends or relax from a busy day. The drinks are well priced and are very enjoyable. Sometimes the drink is not entirely mixed, especially slushies. The ice would still be clumped together. Service has been great. Definitely recommend

I don't have a favorite boba place on Davis, but this place is somewhere higher on my list. The tea quality isn't that high, so they are more for fruit teas. They run a bit sweet but not unusually so.
They have a cute little seating nook with board games that is not awkward (photos here make it look sterile).
Food items seem promising.

The basil popcorn chicken is good, but it was not cooked all the way. I have been here a few times and the service and quality goes down every time. My friends love their Boba and I do not understand why as there are better boba shops around town and with better customer service too. There is never anyone to take your order so you have to use the kiosk. The employees stare at you like you are an attraction and when you make request for anything they are very rude. The insult to the injury is the begging of tips. There is a tip jar with a sign asking for tips and the tablet is set to charge you a tip unless you make it custom then add $0. I have no problem with tipping except the quality of the food is subpar and the customer service is awful. The last thing that is new is the dirtiness of the building. The restaurant’s dining space is not clean, the door to the place gets stuck, and there is a broken stone on the walkway to the business that is a tripping hazard. Someone is going to twist their ankle. If you are new to town, skip this place and try your luck at any other boba place in town. There are a dozen of them.

Order a simple chocolate milk for $9 (including my tip) The girl couldn’t even mixed everything right (If I want to ingest coco dust I would just order that). Terribly rude attitude and work ethic as if she doesn’t have to work. The owner is not there so you can’t expect them to treat everything with slight consideration and decency.Gave them back the drink, no need for haggling or refund, i would simply never come back nor recommend.Unless your expectation is mediocre, and you like to be treated like you are desperately asking her for a favor. There are plenty of chain boba place that know how to be a decent human being. Even a child’s lemon stand would treat you much better than the employees here.
