Wait staff was unreasonably rude. Ordered a cheese quesadilla. Got a lukewarm tortilla with cold shredded cheese in it, not melted at all. Maybe their tortilla press thing isn’t getting hot enough, no big deal. Go to the guy behind the counter and say “hey so sorry to bother you with this, but my quesadilla isn’t cooked, do you mind making another one?” Guy doesn’t even look at my food, laughs condescendingly in my face “I promise you it is. I’ll ask, but I doubt they’d do that”

Went inside with a gift card and the corner of the gift card was bent so the machine kept saying card error and all the staff could do is say I'm sorry but we can't do anything maybe you can call the number and get cash for the card. Incompetent staff.

I visited Taco Ball restaurant last night and had a great experience. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served fresh. The staff was polite and attentive, and the service was quick. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable. I really had a good time and would love to visit again.
