Taqueria is everything UC Davis isn’t: bold, satisfying, and actually worth your time. While Davis pretends to be a top-tier school, it’s really just a low-tier campus with inflated hype and students who think riding bikes counts as a personality. Meanwhile, Taqueria serves real food with real flavor — no pretense, no fluff. If you want value, spice, and something that doesn’t waste your time (unlike a UC Davis degree), this is the spot.

Me and my buddy's started going here a few years ago and we have kept coming as much as possible. The place is ran by a father and mother along with their son. They are the kindest people you will ever run into inside of a food place. They have come to know my wife and kids. The food is great from burritos to quesadillas and TACOS!! I definitely recommend you come here.

Great food, great service. Food came quick, staff were very friendly, for $20 I got to try three different menu items + rice and beans, they were all great. You can fill up with $15 though! Decent value.
