We stopped in for a quick drink for the road. The regular milk tea with boba was on the lighter side (got it 10% sweet). I preferred my passion fruit green tea, no sugar - very refreshing on a warm day. The server was super nice about making sure the boba was the right sweetness, and drinks were out quick on a weekday afternoon. Bonus: they had cute cups!

Unlike other places I’ve been too, the meat is cooked well here. It’s a bit spicy but since I like spicy foods, this is not a problem. The serving portion is good.

In the past years, I've always given this place high praise even when they've messed up my orders or repeatedly filled a large portion of my popcorn chicken orders with fried crumb bits. Now they've gotten rid of the large popcorn chicken option and only serve a small order. So now I've gotten rid of them as a place to satisfy my hunger or a place I'd recommend.

Made me wait for 30 mins for a garlic french fry. Staffs said they did not see my order and only noticed it after checking on them.

Worst service. We ordered and waited for 40mins. They didn't have any idea about our orders. Why use the kiosk order when you have persons at receptions and specially when your kiosk is not even working. They should close their business, sorry to say!

came back and we got a lychee matcha milk tea, oreo blizzard & popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was really good and so was the milk tea the blizzard wasn't the best when we first got it there were large chunks of ice in it and I went back to ask if there is anyway they can blend it more due to the large chunks of ice and they didn't seem the happiest about me asking and after a few seconds of silence they just responded "ok". We received it back and there were still chunks of ice so we definitely are going to just stick with the milk teas.

Teabo is one of our go-to spots here in Davis, CA! We always love coming here to celebrate the start/end of every quarter! The reasonable pricing, welcoming environment, speed, and variety of food/drinks make our ordering a pleasant experience. Starting with the boba, there's a large variety of toppings and flavors that you can mix and match to get exactly what you're looking for! If you're unsatisfied with your drink, they'll happily remake it for you! During this visit, we ordered a taro milk tea w/ boba and customized a matcha + vanilla milk tea w/ boba. The taro milk tea w/ boba was great! If you're craving a classic boba experience, this drink will surely satisfy you. The matcha + vanilla milk tea w/ boba was sweet and we found that the vanilla flavor was stronger than the matcha. We'd recommend this drink if you're looking for something sweet! The Chicken Katsu w/ Rice is our favorite dish from their menu! It comes with chopped breaded chicken, coated in their classic seasoning. The white rice is simple, but it complements the chicken well. While we enjoy it, there seems to be an abundance of rice compared to the chicken and we always have some rice left over. Maybe a more balanced rice-to-chicken ratio would enhance our experience. Overall, we enjoy this dish and it's one you must try!

Reasonably priced tasty milk tea. The boba is warm and pleasantly chewy. Service was relatively fast and the interior felt welcoming.

Their popcorn chicken is really good and so is the spicy ranch straight up 5 ⭐️ my only issue with them is that every single time I place a doordash order they always mess it up somehow. Either we get the bits that are small and super crunchy with little to no meat (hence bits) or for the spicy ranch we either do get it but not all of the quantity ordered or none. The only time the order was right was when we called the store the second we placed the order and told them to make sure they don’t forget the spicy ranch in our order. I shouldn’t have to call to ask for my order to be made correct.

===== [Overview] ===== Teabo is the boba of Davis. It's the perfect place to study (during the day) or hang out (night). It serves every purpose as a boba cafe and is ingrained as the one of the best places in my memories here. Whenever I come here now, it feels like I'm coming home. Sad to see my polaroid with my friends is no longer on the wall but I'm happy to see new ones. ==================== ======= [Food] ======= This boba cafe does not have the generic drinks but is more for specialty. Their boba here is honey glazed, fresh, and warm when added to your drink. It's chewy. Recommendations: - [Teabo]: Their classic and it's delicious. - [Chotaro]: I feel like this is their most well-known because of how you mix two good things together. I drink it out of nostalgia but I think it tastes more like chocolate milk. - [Oreo Blizzard]: Maybe because my favorite ice cream flavor is cookies and cream but this is good on a hot day. ====================

Alright, we gave it another chance cuz I didn't feel like going into downtown, but I will drive the extra five mins next time! How do you not have utensils to eat the food you sell? Not even the long toothpicks? Sadly, this place just isn't the same.

Found this place after I ate at a nearby restaurant so I Stopped in for a quick drink. I ordered through the kiosk. It was quick and we got our order fairly quickly. I ordered the taro with boba and didn't adjust my sweetness which I usually do because most drinks are really sweet. I'm so glad I left it at 100% because it wasn't sweet at all. I also tried the Thai tea & it was much sweeter. Think it all depends on the drink

I tried it cause they open late but their matcha drinks taste like dirt. Service and environment was fine, but the food and drinks are just not up to

The fried mushrooms are always a must have when I go here. They're absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and juicy. I also tried the chicken Katsu with rice for the first time. It's very crispy and crunchy. There's also a lot of spices covering it and it's nicely balanced by the rice. The drink was okay, as it's mostly syrup and doesn't taste as heavy as milk tea. The main star is the food. One of my favorite places in Davis. The person who got me my food was super nice so a plus for that too
