Out of all the thai restaurants I have been to, this has to hands down be one of the best! Even better than most restaurants in the bay area! I got the thai green curry, thai tea, and was suggested the chicken krapow. I have to say it is one of the best thai green curries I have ever had and I left the bowl spotless! The krapow was also delicious! Their thai tea is okay, reminds me of butterscotch candy. This is definitely a must go spot if you are in the area. I’ll make sure I stop by every time I’m nearby!

The drunken noodles were amazing! Spice level medium hit the spot exactly. They don't offer spice levels for the yellow curry and I found it mid. Typically yellow curry is my favorite food. I went on a Wed night, but it was UC Davis move out weekend so the one server was super overwhelmed and I don't hold it against him that he didn't bring the Pellegrino I ordered since the place was packed and he was the only person on the floor.

I rarely write reviews, but this incident compels me to share a serious concern. I ordered takeout from paste Thai and picked it up myself yesterday night. While having the mango sticky rice, my wife discovered a stapler clip in the sticky rice which she nearly ingested. This is not a minor oversight; it is a dangerous foreign object that could have caused real harm.
I urge management to thoroughly review their food preparation to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else. Ordering takeout should never come with the risk of swallowing sharp objects.
Paste Thai was our go to place for Thai food. But, they need to improve safety standards and staff training. Until I see evidence on this, I can't recommend this place. Please be vigilant if you choose to eat here.

Very delicious seafood pad se_ew, portion is large enough, while they are a little bit pricy. Service is fine but kinda slow due to shortage of staffs. Generally a great place.
I highly recommend Paste Thai, it is my favorite Thai food in Davis. The staff are all so kind, and the food comes out quickly. They consistently have the best Pad Thai, with just the right amount of spice and delicious flavors whether you are eating in the restaurant or taking food to-go. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Davis.

Very friendly staff, and service was fast but food was overpriced. Nearly $18 for spring rolls. If we weren’t on a trip we may have spent more time looking for somewhere else. The food and portion size was not great in relation to the cost.

Paste Thai in Davis is a must try. The eggplant beef was perfectly tender with a rich, flavorful sauce, the fried tofu had a nice crispy exterior while being soft inside, and the deserts were delicious. Overall, a great place for authentic Thai cuisine and great service. Thanks!

They have the best curry and drunken noodles in town. I am frustrated today due to the fact they only delivered half the amount of curry than normal (see photo) They said it was due to me using doordash (though I paid doordash 30% and gave driver a tip). Well won’t be using doordash in the future with them but will continue ordering their delicious food.
