I got the Mac and Cheese with bacon added on top and it was pretty good. I really liked they put seasoned breadcrumbs on the top definitely added a crunchy touch. My garlic fries were hot and crispy they added real garlic which was awesome. The melt burger was okay definitely not worth the money you pay for it but it was cooked to perfection. If I came back it would be for the Mac and Cheese and the addicting garlic fries.

The burger patty was extremely dry and overcooked. It says it’s still juicy on the menu, but that is definitely not the case. The Mac and Cheese tasted fine, but arrived with the cheese on top of plain noodles in a container that made it difficult to mix.

I always check reviews but was so hungry I just ordered food, I'm so glad I didn't because despite some of these reviews the food was amazing!! I had the Mac daddy grilled cheese and my bf had the wagu beef sandwich \\u0026 they were so good. Will be back!

Long wait

So, I decided to order a couple burgers, Parmesan fries, and Macaroni and cheese. Needless to say the only thing that was slightly okay were the fries. Both burgers were burnt, and I don’t mean grill marks burnt, I mean left on the grill too long, crispy, black burnt. The Macaroni and cheese was like Kraft out the box. So, I definitely won’t waste my hard earned money ever again on this establishment. If I could give ZERO stars I would, but 1 star will have to suffice.

Local Kitchen in Davis is among our family's favorite restaurant in Davis. For the past month or two, we've been going there with greater frequency and we've never been disappointed. What we like:- Delicious food! -- special kudos for the plant- and kid- based menu selections- Great selection of different types of cuisines and plates to choose from.- Consistently good food and fair portions.- Convenience of ordering ahead online or via app, then having notifications when your order is ready. You can also order way in advance and specify a target pickup time.- Easy parking and great location. Local Kitchen is adjacent to our other favorite local restaurants (My Burma and Mikuni).- Friendly, courteous staff.
