Service was great, good was mediocre. Had chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, chicken was tough & dry, rice was dry too. Maybe I ordered wrong?
Vegetarian options: They have a good vegetarian selection.
Parking: Free street parking, but only 90 minutes

My husband and I love going out to mexican food. Tres Hermanas in davis is a really decent spot. The food is good. The service is good. The restaurant is festive and casual with chill vibes. It's a solid go-to for us when we're in the area.

Queen of California Margarita! Ensalada de la Casa + carnitas! Sisters! So delightful! (Friday afternoon work parties: servers were awesome, but they had a lot to do...)

We love waiting for the train here. The food is mostly good, but the shrimp are now TINY. The cocktails are great as is the service.

Had dinner here with a large group. We were seated right away inside and the staff was very attentive and nice! They gave us chips and salsa right always and kept refilling our chips. Our food came pretty fast and everything looked and tasted great.

So I found out about Tres #2 in Davis so had to try it. The food was good, but we both agree the food and Tres Hermanas in Downtown Sacramento on K st is alot better.

Ordered a burrito with no onions and cilantro. Got a burrito full of grilled onions ,old guacamole, hard old rice, and crema. Needless to say it had onions and cilantro. 2 or 3 strips of asada. Disgusting food. Wierd servers. Its definitely not authentic Mexican food. Best to avoid this place.

The restaurant is beautiful and clean. I can’t give harsh judgment on service because I understand staffing issues are natural these days. It took a bit to have our order taken though ?.
The guacamole and chips order was not good. It was not made fresh. It hardly had any flavor.
The chicken flautas plate was also missing flavor. The chicken itself needed more seasoning. I think the owners need to revisit their idea of Mexican food or even tex-mex because this place was missing a lot of authenticity. I would love to give them another try in the future with such a huge menu and great drink variety.
The michelada was pretty good! Heavy on the spices and flavor which I enjoyed.

Have been to this location many times and they never disappoint!! From drinks to food to service… everything is great! Tonight I had the Relleno Vegetales and it was amazing. A chile relleno filled with corn and two different kinds of squash. My husband had the steak fajitas both were amazing. I had the cucumber jalapeño margarita and it was delicious I wanted to buy another. The wait staff is great. We typically get Miranda as our server and she has quality customer service skills! Please try this place when in downtown Davis!!
