The original uniboil from 6 moths back was great. Now the establishment is under new management and mainly serves Pho, which have not yet tried. Keeping a 3 star for now as we are unsure given the menu change which we have net yet tried.

Friends say it's just like the Uniboil they're used to in Southern California and I can't argue with that assessment. Get the triple meat hot pots if you want a ample portion, or add extras off the menu. Triple, pork blood, tendon meatballs, all kinds of delicious noms.

Last time I went we had a large group and they were able to accommodate very well. We had multiple people with some food restrictions and they were able to deal with that as well. I would say the hot pot is better than the other new spots in Davis and has better prices and more ingredients.
