I ordered my meal ahead of time for pick up through doordash, and when I got here they said they didnt have my order and someone must of taken it. No apologies, or accountability. Who ever runs this place needs to train their employees better. This place is a joke. Go to fire wings instead.

I walked in for a takeout order and then 5 people walked in after me and they overlooked me to give each one of them their takeout orders before me individually even though some weren’t even ready yet and mine was sitting getting cold. Despite my interjections they ignored me.
Wingstop also made their food worse and cheaper to produce while increasing the price of it at restaurants at the same time.

This place sucks.... you order online 45min ahead just to find out they didn't send the order ti the chicken, and then the people there gives you attitude like is my fault their imcopetence.

We told the workers we wanted the meal deal, no drink. We had to repeat ourselves 20 times and finally after all that he put a 20 oz drink on our charge. We told him we didn't want the 3.49 charge and he said he took it off from his side and that the manager said it wouldn't charge us. We payed and it still charged us for the drink when we checked the receipt. So now we're waiting for our order with no drink. We go back up and he won't give us the money back and after 10 minutes of back and forth he hands us a small drink cup and we're so pissed off we just take it and want our food. We will never come back to this wing stop location after this HORRIBLE experience.

This place is gross. The soda dispenser is out of everything but like peach diet Powerade. None of the orders are labeled so people are just grabbing bags. There is literally not a single trash can so there is just old food on most of the tables and trash is everywhere.

I ordered from wingstop online through their store. They send it out with door dash. The first time the food never made it to my home and when we called wingstop they said they are not responsible call door dash. We called wingstop door dash they say they are not responsible call wingstop. We had to call the bank in order to get our money back. The second time the only send half the order and when we called wingstop stop they said we don’t deliver. So one again they won’t take responsibility which this time is their fault. This is the last we will ever eat wingstop. PERIOD!!

Now I know why it's 3 stars. I ordered 10 boneless wings and i got chicken breast cut in small pieces to look like wings. Every single of them were hard, dry overcooked or probably re warmed cut of chicken breast. I only ate 1 and throw them out and heading to get food from somewhere else.
