A very pleasant surprise for a midday refuel after an early morning of hiking before heading out again in the afternoon. The menu offers tons of great options—we ordered a pizza that was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was especially pleasant, informative, friendly, and proactive, which made the experience even better. We would definitely return if visiting Death Valley again!
We went for lunch & dinner during our visit to death valley national park. Food is good given the lack of options to eat here. We tried pizza, fish & chips and burgers. All items were flavorful and price was reasonable for the area. Recommend eating here if you are visiting the park.
Honestly didn’t expect much from a restaurant in a national park because vegan food is always a struggle but of course, not usually as much in California. 😌 These guys did not disappoint. Even the soup of the day was split pea soup and it was vegan; no ham to worry about! They have a plant-based “chicken” patty that can be added as the protein to the main dishes and a bean burger which they told me was vegan. They also have vegan cheese for the pizza.
