Gotta shake my head at them in disgust. I mean really now, they serve lousy potato chips instead of fries with the meals, pretty lame! They go thru a complete rebuild and then replace french fries with boring potato chips. Talk about pathetic, that's it! Won't be going there anymore. Also, they must be hiring nothing but Ca dei people, sad!

Stopped here for an unplanned libations and lunch as we drove through.
Honestly, the random patron just needs to realize that it’s a golf clubhouse in the middle of Death Valley…..
Options are understandably limited, and the food is mostly premade Sysco products. The chicken on the salad was clearly pre-cooked and pre-cut from a bag (long time food service guy here). The tortilla chips were slightly stale low-end tri-colors.
BUT….. the beer was cold and the staff incredibly kind and attentive. I’d drink beer here again.

Came here for a brunch/lunch. I got the chilli and it was delicious and a large portion! I would definitely get it again. We sat outside and it was very peaceful and beautiful I loved it. We even saw a coyote! Service was great, and really the price wasn’t bad for the location and other factors.

Super pricey, not great value. Food was ok, not great. Service was good though. Not a ton of choices for places to eat.

If you have another option, choose that. The food is bad, they don't include half the ingredients, beers are $11, auto 15% tip (although the service is good). Not many options around here but avoid this one.

Again I think they're severely understaffed. Nothing was wrong with the food or service but everything takes SO LONG. A lunch here took 2 hours total. Our server wasn't to blame he was alone waiting on the entire dining room with a single bartender to cover the entire bar. They probably had a single cook in the back! We sat down at 12:30 and were nearly late for our 3pm tour by the time we were leaving. We never got our to go boxes and just cut our losses and left the rest because we had a deadline.

The food wasn’t particularly tasty, but decent beer, friendly staff, and great ambience if you sit outside.

Waited an hour for our food. One of the chicken sandwiches was raw inside. Food was bland. Server was very nice.

As others have shared there are limited dining choices inside Death Valley National Park. The Oasis in Death Valley is literally an Oasis in the valley where there is the only lodging in the National Park as well as any dining (and a gas station).
The other dining options were far too crowded (with longer wait times) so we make our way over to the Wild Rose Tavern. There are many large TVs with sports playing (not our cup of tea) so we opted to sit on the outside covered deck with views of the mountains in the distance.
We enjoyed a Caesar Salad and an oder of Chips, Queso and Salsa. Prices were reasonable considering the location - the salad was a nice sized portion and tasty. The chips were accompanied by fire roasted salsa and poblano Chile queso dip which I really enjoyed. Service was friendly and attentive - we were there in the mid-afternoon and I believe it can get crowded closer to traditional meal times.
We would return here on a return visit to Death Valley.

Good food, fun atmosphere. It would be helpful if they were open later, especially on weekends.
