We stumbled upon this ice cream parlor (under the guise of a hat making shop) and had a wonderful experience. The server gave us a taste test of each flavor and they were all so delicious. Each month they make a new menu! I recommend the Bouquet of Flowers and Fedora flavors--so good together!

100% recommend the Velour (salted caramel)! The girl behind the counter was so helpful and let us try a few flavors. I ordered the Fedora, very similar to tiramisu, and my husband had the salted caramel. Their made fresh daily waffle cones are also a must!

Amazing gelato in a renovated Hatmaker shop in Del Mar. An’s was voted the #2 ice cream shop in America. They have delicious choices and we had great service. We sat outside and there is plenty of free street parking. I highly recommend if you find yourself in the area, or even nearby. A bit pricey, but the sizes are large for a gelato shop, and the quality is supreme.

I'm amazing this whole place is gluten free! Even the waffle cone! Can't even remember the last time I had one. There were only 2 vegan ice cream choices which is a bit disappointing. I wish they had more of those options

Incredible service! When it's your first time, they take you on their full laundry experience. It's a cute shop with laundry themed decor and flavor names: lingerie, leather, Christmas sweater, etc. I loved the matcha pistachio and the other caffeinated flavors; however, I can't have them at night...so the strawberry chocolate flavor was pretty good. They welcomed us in with the ginger lime palette cleanser; fresh and similar to when you go to a Japanese restaurant and have ginger before a meal. Many of the flavors reminded me of the holiday cookies like dark chocolate peppermint, snickerdoodles, ginger molasses, brown butter chocolate chip, matcha pistachio cookie overall, the experience was amazing with generous portions! The price is 5.95 for the small so it can be a bit pricey but a fun time for sure!

The pistachio gelato was surprising my favorite. That's not a normal go to flavor for me, but the staff member gave me a "sample tour" since it was my first time there and that was hands down my fav! The theme and decor is adorable "stylish and sweet".
