It was a fantastic day on the Del Mar's surfers beach. We stumble upon that place look small but when you approach it it opens up with lots of colors and dimensions. I love the place and have taken out of town visitors there several times. The entrees and service were great, as usual, and the scallops appetizer was excellent. The mussels were a miss though. It was a very eclectic presentation with the corn nuts and large white corn kernels, and the mussels served dressed and chilled. Just didn't work for us. The other thing was they were out of the chicken entree on the menu and the chicken special, so the choices were somewhat limited....
I went on a beautiful after with the sun shining. The place is near lots of shops. The ceviche bar looks good I just got a quick appetizer before my appointment. The atmosphere is nice enough to come do your work here too!
