Chipotle Mexican Grill

As all of you know, the staff makes or breaks a chipotle location. Most of the folks here are amazing! I'm only posting because it seems like the managers seem to be the issue here, and it even carried through to the food today. The manager today @ 12:40 yelled out for more honey chicken after I ordered it, then just scooped a spoonful of about 75% honey sauce and a few piece of chicken and slopped on the burrito. I asked how much for regular chicken to add more, and he said 4 something, so I just went ahead and let him finish making this thing. It was so disgusting I couldn't finish half of it. It was just honey paste with rice wrapped in a tortilla. The way he was micromanaging the others, who were actually very kind and welcoming really rubbed me wrong as well. The people who aren't managers are just doing their best. They are friendly and care about your burritos and here this guy is yelling at a kid he can't be out in the open during his break drinking his water.

Nice place.

This place was filthy all the trash cans were overflowing with trash, & the trash can behind the counter!!! Every table was dirty... the counter where they prepared the food was filthy.. I saw 6 male employees working and no one thinking about cleaning i got out of line and left.

I have a complicated order, but getting eye rolls and side eyes from a group of high school employees is not the experience I expect from a place where you build your own burrito how you want it.

Easily the dirtiest, most unorganized and unprofessionally ran Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to hundreds. Paper towels, receipts, used gloves etc laying all over the floor in the kitchen. The employees moved like molasses causing unnecessary lines. One worker walked inside from his break with a mouth stuffed full of food and sour cream all over his face and walked straight to the kitchen. This location is just a very bad look overall for the brand.

Order being late 20min, stuff horrible rude.

Dear staff! Could you please order delivery after the takeaway order is completed? Because there are market subsidies in California, Doordash is afraid to give more subsidies to the deliverymen! So they keep squeezing the deliverymen’s time, and this is why they often have accidents! The platform squeezes the pick-up time and delivery time to a very short time! Ignoring the safety of the deliverymen’s driving! If they are late many times, their accounts will be blocked to threaten the deliverymen! Thank you for your understanding!

Great location, delicious food per usual , thankful for the friendly young man at the counter who was professional and welcoming. The tables could use some cleaning but the customer service made up for the messy dinning area, considering this is a busy location.

I’m sure chipotle corporate has gotten hundreds of complaints about this location.

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for a chipotle. This is the worst location in north county for the past year. The employees don’t care, your order is always wrong, and they never have basic ingredients. They don’t even offer for you to wait for said ingredients. Everyone who is a regular in this area knows exactly what this chipotle is—it’s legendary in a bad way.

Every time we come they are out of salad dressing. Every time. And not to be mean, but tables were so messy last time I almost lost my appetite. Not sure why this location is so poorly run.

The quality of the food has gone downhill significantly recently. Ordered 3 burritos. All of them were very cold, probably due to the partially frozen corn in them. Additionally, the guacamole was an intact firm half-avocado, that was inedible. Not worth the ~$40.

I had the guacamole here and I astral projected to heaven and back.

Staff is helpful, honestly just ignore the bad reviews the place is just super busy sometimes so it takes a while to get your order taken sometimes. But it’s busy for a reason.

This is the worst and poorly run Chipotle I have ever been to. I saw customers walk out and should have walked out with them. I have been here numerous times and it’s getting worse and worse to the point where I had to create an account just so I can write a review. My wife and I can’t even finish our bowls. The rice is mush, the bowl has no flavor, it was absolutely disgusting in there, everything was low, and run by a bunch of kids that have no care. @ chipotle management are you not reading all the negative reviews here?!! Clearly everyone is having a BAD experience. Come train these people so our neighborhood chipotle can be up to par with all the others.
