Cute little pizza joint with sidewalk seating right up the hill from the ocean. The pizza is crispy and delicious. We got a slice for each of us. My husband had pepperoni and sausage and I had veggie. Both excellent. We also had a personal size tossed green salad which we shared. Including tax lunch was $16 and change. By the way, Luke, who took our orders, was so friendly and so helpful. Great service, great food.
Highly recommend.

We love it here! We make a point to stop and come every time we are in town. Pizza is delicious and the staff is always friendly. We love walking the few minutes down to the beach to enjoy the pizza with an amazing view.

Admittedly this was our first time visiting, and everyone can have an off night, but our experience was really poor. We order two pizzas. A plain cheese and a pepperoni, a spaghetti with meat sauce and a salad to take away.
The pizzas were incredibly thin, dry and hard, with no chew whatsoever. If there had been any yeast action in that dough, it had died the week before. With no rise whatsoever in the crust, it felt like we were eating melted cheese on top of a cracker. We have two teenage boys who are pizza fanatics - they ate less than half of a pizza between them.
The pasta was basic boiled spaghetti with a sauce poured over the top, not mixed in with the spaghetti, so by the time we got home the pasta was cold and dried out, and the sauce congealed on top. The sauce appeared to be nothing more than a decent bottled marinara with a cooked meatball crushed into it.
The salad was fine.
The prices were also way, way over the top given what we were served. I get that rents are high in Del Mar, but $30+ for a single standard size pizza, especially like the ones we were served, is outrageous.

Stopped in on our way to San Diego and we were very hungry! This pizza was great. We got a simple cheese pizza with grilled chicken on 1/2 and it was hot, crispy and delicious! And the staff was super friendly. 10/10 recommend.

I’m truly sad to write this because this used to be one of our favorite pizza places—the food and atmosphere were always great. But our experience last night was beyond horrible.
Since outdoor tables were full, we sat inside for the first time. Out of nowhere, a HUGE COCKROACH appeared and started crawling around the floor. Four or five staff members behind the counter saw it, yet no one rushed to catch it. After several disturbing minutes, the cockroach climbed up onto the counter where people eat their food.
We pointed it out, and finally one of the kitchen staff caught it—with the same towel they use to wipe tables. But here’s the SHOCKING PART: the counter where the cockroach had been NEVER cleaned or sanitized after it. Not a spray, not a wipe—nothing!!!!! The thought of people sitting down to eat at that same counter right after is sickening. If that’s how they handle what customers see, I can’t imagine what happens in the kitchen.
Totally disgusting. The image is stuck in my head, and sadly, we’ll never be coming back.

Love this place. Close to the beach, solid pizza and beer, and they usually have the Padres on TV. Their daily special pizzas are unique and delicious.

I decided to grab a slice of pizza 🍕 to eat on the way back to my car after the summer concert will Billy Nation at the park. This slice of pizza was so hard. They obviously made b4 hand then reheated to melt the cheese. If only I would of taken a bite b4 leaving I would of returned it with wanting my money back. Do better Delmar Pizza.. whomever is your manager needs to be fired.

I loved this chill lil’ pizza place tucked into Del Mar. Keep in mind, the place is always busy but the vibe is chill. My husband and I both got 1 specialty slice (ham, pepperoni, onion and pineapple). It was DELICIOUS! We also got a slice of pepperoni pizza. I liked that I was able to get a CA craft beer that was quite delicious. Services was friendly even though was bananas/ jam packed with people. The location is great for ordering ahead and taking down to the beach.
