I understand mistakes happen. I usually eat at this restaurant once a week after my late shift around 2/3 a.m. I noticed the quality of food got really bad. My meal was simple—a single patty cheeseburger with nothing on it. The first mess-up was the fries—they were burnt. Then the second mess-up: a burnt burger. Like, crispy burnt. Then my last and final straw—they served me a moldy burger that I thought was flour. Even my friends saw it and agreed after I sent them a picture. I ended up in the hospital.
I called the manager, and he didn’t even offer a refund—said I was lying. I told him I’d send proof, and then he said no and hung up in my face.
Not only is the manager rude and disrespectful, he cares little for his kitchen’s mistakes—and it cost me a day in the hospital. Cost me the only day I have with my son. All because his chefs are lazy and don’t care what they serve.

The portions were large. I found lots of choices to pick from. I liked their smoothies too. It is a great place anytime of the day.
Parking: Handicap parking right in front of restaurant..

Took close to an hour for our food to arrive, bathroom was filthy with TP on the ground and poop on the toilet seat. It was so dirty that a Mom and her kid went into the men's restroom instead. For the location being in Del Mar especially, this should have been a much nicer, cleaner, better service Dennys.

Cynthia offered great customer, offering us the discount menu, bringing extra plates, and even put sprinkles and whipped cream in the tin that came with our smoothie! And made us feel like we were at home.
Our waitress, Cynthia, is amazing! She made us feel like we were in an upscale restaurant. Her service was 5 stars and made the whole dining experience very enjoyable. If I owned a restaurant I'd hire this woman and pay her good! She's the definition of phenomenal customer service.
