“Andrea was so lovely and nice. I don’t have family here in San Diego and Andrea made me feel like I had family here at Dennys. She even said to me “your face got a lot more color to it just after eating the salad” this ment a lot to me because that’s why I came to Dennys. I have been feeling very sick lately and everyone has been telling me that I’m stressed out and I need to eat a good hearty meal. Andrea noticed this in me and I just want to say I love you Andrea and thank you so much for your hospitality and good nature you made me feel like I was home with my mom. Happy holidays to everyone at Dennys“

“People complain about the food here a lot yet most of their customers appear to be repeat customers. I honestly think it's just as good as other dining halls on campus such as Cafe V or Pines if you compare the food they all commonly serve, and World's Fair seems to be very popular. I personally think their food is mostly worth the price.“

“I understand mistakes happen. I usually eat at this restaurant once a week after my late shift around 2/3 a.m. I noticed the quality of food got really bad. My meal was simple—a single patty cheeseburger with nothing on it. The first mess-up was the fries—they were burnt. Then the second mess-up: a burnt burger. Like, crispy burnt. Then my last and final straw—they served me a moldy burger that I thought was flour. Even my friends saw it and agreed after I sent them a picture. I ended up in the hospital. I called the manager, and he didn’t even offer a refund—said I was lying. I told him I’d send proof, and then he said no and hung up in my face. Not only is the manager rude and disrespectful, he cares little for his kitchen’s mistakes—and it cost me a day in the hospital. Cost me the only day I have with my son. All because his chefs are lazy and don’t care what they serve.“
