I'm from the Midwest, and our fast food joints sure don't treat you like this. Hands down one of the absolute best customer service experiences I've had. Our first time ever in a Jack in the Box. Everyone was super helpful. When the soda machine didn't have the flavor I wanted, they noticed and grabbed it for me from the back. Thank you for a great experience!

2/21/25 I went through the drive-thru here today. I couldn't roll down my windows because I had them tinted on Wednesday, and I was on a business phone call. I gave my order, which was complicated. I paid with my card with the door open and still on the phone. When I got around front to park and eat while still on the phone, I realized that my order was wrong. I went in, and the manager was standing there. They realized they had given me the wrong prder. They fell all over...

This jack in the box has been solid for years! Usually get the spicy chicken sandwich, but the teriyaki chicken bowl is actually a really great option that isn’t a sandwich, with the eggroll being good as well. Everyone I have encountered working there has been pleasant.
