Best coffee & people in north county!
Lame they have a bathroom but don’t let customers use it.
This place is quiant, simple and tasty!
Coffee- got the cold brew and my partner got the latte. DiD NOT disappoint. The sweetness u get from the coffee right at the front of your first sip is amazing. Silky, sweet and bold!
Got the ham and cheese croissant and it wasnt oily and had the perfect amount of sodium.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They kept the area clean and were on top of their service!
I didnt give the full 5 stars on atmosphere just cause it was a little small with no where inside to sit, however there are chairs and benches right outside of the shop.
You can tell this is a special place with the amount of locals they knew passing by, to the smiles and patience their staff display.
We’ll be back.
The world needs more places like Little Joy! Incredible coffee, warm people, and vey cute atmosphere!! 10\\10!!
I discovered this coffee shop while spending time in Del Mar opening the newest Culinary Dropout location at the Del Mar Highlands. There are several coffee shops surrounding the plaza, but none compare to Little Joy. I’ve been driving in the opposite direction every morning before heading to the restaurant because of how much I love their coffee! The staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. 10/10!
Had a quick coffee and breakfast pastries here and it exceeded my expectations. If you want a good espresso coffee or if you’re from Australia, this place won’t disappoint. Mushroom pastry was delicious and then the cinnamon swirl was exceptional. Well done guys.
Spectacular coffee and really góod vibes!
Grab n go coffee shop with the kindest workers. No interior seating but plenty of nature scape seating under the trees and plants lending to a serene casual picnic.
I grabbed a mocha latte and 2 pastries (1 apricot jam and 1 raspberry jam). These biscuit cookies were delicious! The mocha latte was a bit of an acidic back end for my liking so I'd try something else next time.
Drew and the crew are always fantastic and welcoming! Best coffee and service in San Diego hands down!
The energy and setup of this place brings people together. It’s beautiful!

Amazing coffee! And great service. Can’t go wrong with the vanilla latte
Delicious coffee (espresso drinks) and beautiful pastries.
Such a good latte and baristas were so nice
Awesome little coffee shop in Del Mar. The owner was super friendly and the coffee was great. Highly recommend.
Had an oat milk mocha. It’s really good! Not too sweet. Didn’t taste chocolate but still great!
