I wanted a snack wrap without sauce or cheese and they said they refused to give me any lettuce? Why can't I have lettuce? I asked with just lettuce and they said they couldn't do it?? They could do it with the original snack wrap when I was a younger why can’t they do it now?

I have not experienced issues with any staff members. However, for weeks, I have encountered rudeness from Yoli when I visit for coffee before work. Specifically, when I request condiments, she tends to ignore me. Notably, I do not typically complain about staff members, but her behavior has been consistently poor. In contrast, when other staff members assist me, they are pleasant and helpful. I believe management should address this issue, as I have heard from multiple individuals that Yoli exhibits similar behavior towards them.

The food is McDonald's - so it's what you expect in the ol' USA.
It is my opinion that singles, couples, and families flock and sit for its kind staff, who keep the place safe and clean.

McDonald's is all about consistency, right? Not necessarily.
Drive thru order, quarter pounder with cheese meal. The burger was ok, but the fries were off. They weren't hot, so I know they weren't fresh. But they had an off taste. Like maybe they were fried in oil that hadn't been changed in a while or something. I didn't get sick, so there was nothing wrong with them, but they just weren't right. Maybe they'll be better next time.

Very poor service. I could not get a glass of water and was basically ignored by service person. Sausage breakfast burrito had no sausage and food was lukewarm.
