The service was really terrible. We've been going here for many years and we've never received services bad. Luckily the food was good.
The pea soup, German choc cake, corned beef and fries were very good. I was very disappointed in the pastrami sandwich was expecting more. Would not get the pastrami again.
Really wonderful experience. Very friendly hostess. Came back and checked on us. Waitstaff was wonderful. Great food. The BEST fries, Mish Mosh soup and sandwiches. We found a new favorite place.
We were seated in the rear of the restaurant with several families of small, NOISY children. They were so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation.
I can't believe we've never been here! Omg! The Ruben and the Italian sandwiches were out of this world! The service is great! The lady that greets you upon arrival is so warm and welcoming, makes a great impression. All our food was delicious. Came back a second time the same week was even more impressed. We were a party of about 10, and they got all our orders out at the same time. Food was hot on delivery. That's rare. The waitress was delightful. Great place, and food is well priced for the amount they serve. We'll be back, again and again. 😊👍
I love that they kept everything original. Very interesting ambience, good service and hearty delicious meals.
As always, their food is delicious, especially the pastrami sand which and matzo ball soup—even their root beer float! We arrive around 5pm, so hardly anyone was there, which was surprising, but it was Thanksgiving Eve.
Oh my gosh what a great surprise! Went for lunch while shopping and it was delicious! Renee, our server was the best! Come hungry because the portions are huge. We will be back! Side note, there's a deli counter for bagels, pastries etc
I have always enjoyed Milton's. Their bread is what caused me to try it. I am stuck on the Reuben, and I'd be hard pressed to try something different. There are a ton of options, so everyone can find something delicious.
Food was great, service was excellent. I'm an "out-of-towner" who visits every time I'm in the San Diego area

The food was great and the service even better at our breakfast for six (including an infant). Staff went out of their way to make the little guy happy, while also (efficiently) serving up our entrees. Really impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees.
REd, the server, is so good. Very friendly and efficient. Plus the hostess really works hard, cleaing tables and what ever has to done. Love the place
Food was excellent as always. Seated quickly with a reservation. Service was ok. Waitress was very friendly but seemed to have too many tables.
Rafael ruined my lunch. Pushy guy. I was with my wife and son I ended up not getting anything.

Not so good for breakfast: pancakes too sweet, syrup tasteless, hash browns not really done saltless, bacon half cold and not crisp although there was plenty of it, eggs not fully cooked. You can get a better breakfast at del Mar Denny's for much lower price
