I've been here twice in the last couple of weeks. The girl making the drinks, The one with an up side down smile face is unwelcoming and when she makes your drink wrong she gets mad. Throws out the incorrect and unhappily remakes it the you hear her talking to the others about you, making them requesting your order.

My drink was not made how I asked for it and I paid for the extra pumps and they were not in there. I felt so like a fish out of water I would have went back and have them fix it but I was not comfortable going back inn there

I don’t normally write reviews but this was too bothersome of an experience not too. I am a local in the neighborhood and have been getting my morning coffee from this location for the last few years. I’ve always enjoyed my experience and felt the staff was friendly and even some knew me my name and would say hi.
Recently I noticed they have new staff and the last two times I’ve gone in my normal drink doesn’t look or taste normal. So I politely ask if they can remake it or at the very least shake it up because it looks like the ingredients were all separated (iced coffee, milk, powder)
When this happened yesterday the female barista looked at me and rolled her eyes with the request, gave it back to me with coffee spilling all over the cup and proceeding to go and make a snarky comment under her breath to the other barista working.
Kindness goes a long way and unfortunately I will not be back. Just because you’re behind the counter doesn’t mean we can’t hear you.

One of the new diversity hires needs more coffee making training. I asked for a splash of cream and she [he] went with an "extra- extra light splash" rendering my coffee bitter and almost un-drinkable. Didn't have time to go back. Hopefully better next time!
Great service - friendly staff, and the baristas were rockin' out to the music. Changed a "not so great morning" into an awesome morning!
Dietary restrictions: I'm a Type2 diabetic. They have TWO sugar-free options - vanilla and caramel. I really wish I could get a sugar-free Chai Tea Latte, Starbucks!
