I went in with a friend that needed groceries, & I desperately needed my morning coffee, I waited the whole time they shopped & I even called the store to see if their Starbucks was open. Customer service said yes, I said that know one was at the spot, & they were confused and said someone should have been there.My friend paid for their stuff, & we left, with me not having caffeine.

The worst service at Starbucks, they gave me a drink based on whipped cream and caramel without coffee! no one had straw! the Vons cashier gave us some straws

came here with my niece, but the employers were so rude to her when she was asking if she can make a custom drink that she saw off of YouTube they didn’t understand what she was just saying, and when it was too sweet, they kept swearing like this is a beep load of food and stuff. This is absolutely rude and no one should should feel Like this. She felt like she was going to cry. That’s what she told me afterwards the service was horrible and they didn’t get the drink right The drink was not that good not bad but not good but she was really really sad and we also ordered a hot chocolate taste like nothing. It taste like water I think they didn’t even do the recipe right if you’re going to be a Starbucks employee please be better don’t come here it’s horrible. I’ve been here many times and all my experience were pretty negative.Kid-friendliness: They are not friendly at all. Made my niece feel like crying and kept swearing front of her, not kid friendly at all.

Quickest Starbucks run ever! Thank you Katie!! I was going to spend my stairs getting something from the bakery but she told me about the discount they had for a Frappuccino and a bakery item. She was super friendly and make the drinks great! Also gave me some great tips! She was great!

Vons has amazing customer service but the Starbucks here has a horrible staff. Not only did I have to wait for them to find the worker for 5 minutes while I waited to order, he also had an attitude, and would not scan my app for my points. He said he could not scan it because he is a “kiosk “ but the young lady who works there is able to scan it? It doesn’t make sense. Anyways, won’t be coming back as my experience was horrific. He gives the face of Starbucks a horrible look

After a hard day of work I took a break at my Starbucks in Del Mar. I took my suit jacket off to relax. Rushing to my next work assignment I forgot my jacket. I called and spoke to Mattie and she rescued my jacket and put it in the office. I forgot about picking it up and remembered 4 weeks later. It was still in the office. Great support from the team at that Starbucks.

Well that was disappointing! I waited in line for 9 min for the bacon sandwich and got home and find out it's sausage. Cole on people.
