We visit Del Mar quite often from out of state...I was a student at San Diego State in the 1990s, and thus know the area very well. We have eaten at most restaurants in and around Del Mar. This was our first visit to this restaurant, November 12, 2020. First, the entire staff addressed the COVOD 19 requirements with class and efficiency. Second, the bathroom, etc., were very clean, Beyond the cleanliness amid a pandemic, the service was wonderful, the primary waitperson was funny...

They did a great job with social distancing on their patio-they have constructed a wooden/plexiglass barrier between all the tables-very clean environment with a bottle of hand sanitizer at each table. Great service as always. Hope they bring back more vegan options as the pandemic lifts-they had a great menu previously for vegans. Awesome to be out and feel safe. And as always a beautiful view of the lagoon.
