Something not mentioned on the website is the mandatory $5 valet parking fee to visit the premises, i.e. if you want to have a beer there, automatically add $5 to the price of the beer. If there were problems with outsiders using the lot, they could have a validated parking regimen. Poor management decisions here totally out of character with brewery brotherhood protocol. Won’t visit there just on principle.
If you want a subpar beer served by very rude staff that really don’t care if you eat there or not, then this is the place for you.
Both the beer and food are great here, there's a good variety on both menus.
The atmosphere is also superb, views out of the patio are a highlight.
Parking gets very difficult and on the weekends you're typically forced to do 5$ valet parking which typically deters me from going here more often.
Changed badly. We live close and walk here often. Now, what once was seat yourself outside you need to check in with a rude person seating you. Was told all outside seating today is reserved. Bad attitude workers here, with many open seats and won’t let you have a quick beer. No more!
What the hell is with valley parking for a friggin brewery! You lost 2 customers!
Very large and comfortable spot with river/marsh views. It was packed on a Sunday evening. We enjoyed the beer (quite expensive). Our meals were just ok. We had a burger and fish tacos. Again, it was fine. I'd go back for beer/view, not food.
Good food but pricey.. beer is also good
Arrived at 3:50pm on a Tuesday and asked to sit at one of the MANY open firepit tables. Was refused as we were only a party of 2 and was told they had many large parties coming in starting 15 min later. So they sat us at a table for our meal, albeit at a 6 top. We ate, drank and paid our check and upon leaving there were still 7 OPEN firepit tables that were never sat during our time there. Definitely lied to. Food was good and service was sweet, but absolutely don't feel valued as a customer.
Could have been nice but I’m not paying a $5 valet for a beer and nobody should.
Brought my friend's son (20's) here to celebrate him moving to California. Got our appetizers but then waited 1/2 hour for his steak sandwich (which he said was delicious) and then somehow we were charged for a $50 bottle of wine that we hadn't ordered. With the new payment system, you don't see an itemized bill, you just give your card and they run it on that hand machine. Luckily I questioned the total because it seemed unusually high for what we had ordered and they took the extra charge off (but it was weird ... ) and luckily they also let me redo the tip for the smaller amount. Not being petty because I want to like this place but just to be safe, always check your bill.

Parking is difficult or costly (valet or $4/hr in adjacent lot). Price of food is comically high even by San Diego standards. Beer is fine.
$5 valet parking or $4/hr parking down the street.
Great beer! No question about it! Servers are customer service oriented and friendly! Paying to park at a brewery??? Not a fan
Valet is required. Not sure why. The parking lot is right in front. Beer, food, service, and view was great!
Great atmosphere and customer service!
