Just happen to be driving by and decided to stop by and get a drink. They have limited seating indoors but have a large seating setup outside and are dog friendly. We were greeted immediately when we arrived and the lady helping us was very nice to our dog and even offered a water bowl. We had their Michelada and it was great. Just the right amount of everything. We didn’t see any public parking but there are some spots that you can pay for right above the brewery or the parking garage about a block away. Will come back and try their other brews next time if we have more time.

Came to Del Mar for a nice afternoon visit with the kids. Was worried about food being too upscale. Wanted a nice beer and tried WestBrew. What an excellent choice. I had the WestBrew burger with a side salad, and it was the best food I’ve had since being in California all week. Wife had the club and loved it. They have kids menus, crayons, and kids cups. Had the seal cove and was very surprised by its delicious taste. Great choice of IPAs. Super simple little spot and would def. Recommend to anyone who comes to Del Mar for a lunch spot.
Absolutely awful take out experience. We ordered a burger with side salad, chicken nuggets, fries and a lemonade. the online ordering form was not fully functioning, and the guy at the bar admitted to me that it was brand new. I specified no onions, and would have asked for no cheese, but it didn't permit that, plus they put the onions on, seems like they didn't read. The salad was drowning in dressing, completely sopping wet. They didn't give us the drink we ordered and my kid sent me back for it. I can understand mistakes happen, but no apology from the guy, just told me "oh yeah, i don't have any lids." Maybe eating at this location is good, i cannot say, but take out is not a positive experience. And for $58 for a burger and chicken nuggets, I expected much better. Food was disappointing and service was poor.

Our family enjoyed our Saturday brunch despite the rainy day. Food was great. Portions were large. I would like to see a selection of small plates available for brunch. A half chop salad and shrimp skewers option, perhaps.

Loved the open air seating area and the live music on a Saturday evening! Our server was very friendly and she recommended drinks that we both loved! Their Baja Blasted seltzer not only tastes amazing (tropical fruity flavors) but also has a bright blue color that is just fun to drink - especially by the ocean! The Hazy by the Sea IPA was also a great choice and had tropical/pineapple flavors.

Top notch service, our server named Robby gave a great recommendation on one of the best burgers I've had and he was spot on with calling out clean/tasty beers. I'll definitely be coming back soon! Awesome people watching spot if you can get a seat outside by the sidewalk.
I came here for dinner with a party of 10 adults and 12 children.Only three people ordered appetizers. Two ahi tunas, one order of mussels.and a order of chicken wingsI was told the mussels would take around 20 minutes.The first issue was that the adults meals were being served before any of the kida meals. If you have kids then you know this is an issue. The kids menu consisted of corn dogs and fries, cheeseburgers etc.So we had the kids starving and complaining the whole time and the adults could not enjoy their meals.Now back to the mussels I ordered as my appetizer. After all 10 adult meals and all 12 kids meals were served, along with the most all appetizers coming out at the same time, I asked about my mussel appetizer and was told that all the other food had to be cooked on the grill first. The waiter asked if I still wanted the mussels. We are at one and half hours at this point.Sevice definitely needs to better! Probably would have been much better to apologize and say you just forgot.

Great beer. New remodel in Del Mar is nice. Disappointed in the new menu. A brewery needs bar food. Brie and beer is a no. Grilled wings are a no. Loaded fries or pretzel bites would be a yes.
