Roy's at Pebble Beach offers a beautiful dining hall and an even more impressive outdoor seating area, complete with individual heating fires at each table. The friendly staff provides excellent service, making it a great spot for families and special occasions. Chef Pablo Mellin's food stood out, and his restaurant is a superb place to try. The beauty of sitting outside overlooking the sea and sun setting is a treat in itself. The menu features a variety of dishes, including Thai rice noodle, beef short rib, lobster sandwich, and teriyaki chicken. Standout appetizers include the calamari and tempura tofu cake, while the bento box with baby back pork ribs is a popular entree. The lightly seared Tuna sashimi melted in our mouth coupled with a delicious scallop dish perfectly paired in his famous fusion sauce is superb. The lamb shank and duck were also fabulous. Service was excellent, and the staff is over the top in making people happy. The absolutely jaw dropping beauty of the California coastline painted out the windows is hard to compete with. Roy's is a great dining experience that makes it worth the price.
