Tiny if any markup on wine and our server, Marc, was quite knowledgeable. Yes, the bottle prices can be spendy, but a $70 bottle here is way better than a $70 in the resort restaurants.
If you love wine, this is the place to try it. This was my first visit to Stave wine cellar. It is one of the retail possibilities at the Spanish Bay resort. They have an extensive wine collection. I was tasting the half glass choices as I was interested in exploring their menu rather than drinking full glasses. I had two folks who were taking care of the clientele.
