Overlooking the 18 hole of the world famous golf course, the scenery cannot be beat.Offering both indoor and patio dining, it’s the perfect place to soak up the ambiance. The food is well portioned and typically good quality. Accommodated my husband and I on a busy Saturday evening for dinner and seated us with a great view!! We had 3 servers who were all lovely and attentive. The lobster was SO FRESH and the veggies were nice and light. They also had house made YUZU sorbet ? Overall a lovely environment, nice and quiet, high ceilings.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options!

This is absolutely a gorgeous place to dine with your loved one or friends. Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean, coastline and the golf course. The food is high quality, but I wish they had more options for lunch. It is not a cheap place but worth the experience for special occasions.

We looked forward to visiting Stillwater at Pebble Beach on this trip. The entire experience was amazing. The star of this show, as you'd imagine, is the view of the 18th hole at Pebble Beach. However, the food was remarkable. The crab cake was the very best I've ever had! The food is so fresh, with great thought that goes into each dish. The server was very personable and helped make our meal memorable. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. Try the Manhattan before you choose a wine with your meal! Include this gem as part of your trip to Carmel/Pebble Beach!

Stayed at Pebble Beach for a few days to celebrate a couple rounds of golf, birthdays and an anniversary. Stillwater looked like the place to have a fantastic dinner. The view was spectacular and we were seated away from the main room which suited us fine since we had 3 kiddos under 7 yrs. It took us a bit to get settled but we put in our drink orders right away, then ordered for the kids. About 20 - 25 mins in, we gave the adult orders and a few minutes later, the kids got their food - mac and cheese and something I can't remember. But it took about 1 hour after we ordered the adult dinner before we got our soup and salad. Seriously? One hour? The food was delicious - corn crab soup, mixed Caesar salad, rib eye steak, and nori-seared yellowtail tuna. But to wait one hour from the time we ordered was just too long. Happily, the kids were able to entertain themselves while we ate. Also, a concierge said to let the server know we were celebrating special events, so I did, and they brought us cakes about 2" x 2" with a piece of chocolate that said, "Happy Birthday". The server was genial and attentive so maybe the dinner tardiness problem was in the kitchen or maybe that's just how they serve their food. Beware!

After being turned down from The Bench, we came across Stillwater. We sat at the bar while we waited for the waiter to clean our table. I ordered a tap from the bar and the bar tender was really nice and made great conversation. The glass was bigger than I had expected but I'm not complaining. The crispy calamari here caught me off guard. It came with a sweet garlic soy (I think) sauce to dip instead of the traditional cocktail sauce that normally comes with calamari. It was so delicious I wanted to lick the plate. The salmon is a must try also! Not gonna get into details, you have to see for yourself. We sat at the booth and it had an amazing view. Overall this was an amazing 5 star experience. Thank you Stillwater and all the friendly staff!
