Amazing food and hospitality
The restaurant is beautiful and the service is top-notch; the entire staff is perfectly disciplined, which is quite noticeable. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not, but it was a bit tense. After all, it’s nice to be in a place where people are friendly not because they have to be, but because the workplace atmosphere allows them to be happy.

Immaculate vibes during sunset! I just wish they had a larger food menu, but the drinks and oysters were both very good.
It’s a great spot to enjoy the sunset after a day of golfing or for a cute date.

Stillwater offers a spectacular view overlooking the 18th Green at Pebble Beach Golf Club. The experience is elegant but not pretentious, with servers who are extremely friendly and accommodating. The service is flawless, with a very good wine list and wine prices surprisingly fair. The hospitality is top notch, with staff showing remarkable kindness, patience, and genuine care.
For food, the Ricotta Pull Away Bread is an excellent starter. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich is excellent. Breakfast is above outstanding, with a delicious bloody Mary and excellent huevos rancheros. Kids meals are $10. The seafood pasta is fantastic—the best ever had. The zabuton steak is prepared well, though the oysters could be better. The new vegetarian options are loved. The menu shows a lot of thought and development, with an amazing selection of unique craft cocktails.
The new look feels modern yet classic, and the atmosphere is perfect without being too formal. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish, making it a great spot inside Pebble Beach worth the stop.
