If you're a Delano Native then you must of heard about La Barca's famous tortas. Either you heard about it from the original spot in Earlimart which most people will claim to be the best I'm still happy that there's one closer. Stopped by for my first visit while I was in Delano for work earlier this week. Wasn't too familiar with the menu but the girl at the register was friendly and polite and gave me some input. I went for the Chile Verde burrito, I know this place is supposedly famous for it's Tortas but I can't pass on Chile Verde.
