Chef John G. has been and IS a Strong Culinarian in the Central Valley, But today, I have the opportunity to try out "Famer Truck" Catering in Delhi, California, right off the 99 on Shank Rd behind the Valero Gas station. ( look for the smoke ) The menu items are outstanding. Tri-tip cooked to perfection, the sides are excellent mac & cheese, and so much more, the Funky Tri-tip Bowls to die for. OMG! Love it.
