“Outstanding authentic Mexican flavor. Tastes sooooooo good! If you like tacos (and who doesn't) you MUST try the menu item called "3-Taco Birria Pulled Beef" with cheese/lettuce/tomato. I was blown away by the rich flavor. It's served with a cup of delicious broth on the side which is great for dipping. I'm always craving this meal. Another recommended choice is the deep-fried Quesadilla with marinated Birria pulled beef. This one has fresh veggies on the inside and is layered with a rich, tasty cheese on the outside. I can't stay away from this place!!!“

“The reviews had me pumped up about the burrito. It was good but a little overly spicy for my taste. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but it does a job with filling portions. I do feel the burrito could be a little bigger as I tasted a lot of tortilla. The California burrito was the better of the two burritos I tried but I really can't do that nacho cheese. I would give them another try but order something different. I heard the tacos de tripas are good. Overall this is a average taco truck. I'm coming from Merced and there is a lot of really great trucks there so it's why I rated this only 4 stars.“

All of our guests have told us how much they enjoyed the food and atmosphere set by our food trucks and noted what great work the staff did cooking, serving, and setting up! “Just randomly stopped by while driving truck in area. Got a super Asada burrito with everything. Have had hundreds of burritos from various food trucks across not only california but country as well and this is for sure a shinning star. I hope to be back in area again and is a stop I would go out of the way for. If you don't like spicy get salsa on side. But even in burrito it is about perfect heat level in my opinion. My only disappointment is I did not order more not because of size (that was big) but because flavor was on point and i want more.“

“If I can say one thing about Authentic Street Taco (AST), it would be that THEY DELIVERED. Literally and figuratively. We absolutely over ordered and we could not be happier about it. AST was our end of the night caterer (Wedding on 12/21/24, for reference). We chose to have the food dropped off & set it up in buffet style. There were no unhappy guests & bonus, what we took home, we enjoyed the next night! As a matter of fact, we had some leftover quesadillas (don't know how that happened), so we froze them & later threw into an air fryer & OMG it was amazing. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend.
