We hired Dos Hermanos for our wedding food trucks and they did an absolutely fantastic job!! Jess Caldwell and all of the truck staff were so accommodating, attentive, and wonderful to work with. Food was delicious and the guy who took our order was very pleasant. I did make the mistake of getting everything on the birria tacos and this gringa can't handle her heat but it was still absolutely delicious. We are from out of town but said we would come back if we could, it was that good.
