We’ve been here twice in a month. Love the sopes. We’ve (so far) tried the Chicken con Todo, the Carne Asada, the Queso, and the Chorizo con Papa. All very good! Look them up, chase them down, whatever you need to do to discover some very good eats!

Start with curb appeal, very cute taco truck and clean inside and out! Friendly stuff. Today they are in front of grains of virtue brewing in Oakdale which is open for takeout, so perfect!!The food is amazing! Had a little of everything, very flavorful food and eye appealing. Sopas asada is the best!!!! This isn't your ordinary taco truck it is like Mexican gourmet!! Love it

Delicious, authentic sopes! You can see them making the sopes fresh in the back. The meats are all we- seasoned and cooked just right & the salsas are tasty and spicy. My favorite sopes are the carne asada ones with the yummy pickled onions and the chorizo and papas.

We LOVE this Truck! They are very friendly and offer fresh made food with amazing quality! I love the Carne Asada! The pickled onions it comes with are to die for! The red salsa is spicier than I prefer so I get green sauce on everything. We have sampled one of everything on the menu and it was all good! I would eat here every day if they were open and I could get there before closing!Super Sope keep IT UP! You are an asset to the community! Ps. I hope you have cabbage this week!

If you're looking for authentic Mexican sopes, this is the place for you. Every bite took me back to our summer trips to Mexico. Looking forward to visiting this spot over and over again. My favorite was the "Pollo con Todo". Only wish they could sell a beer to go with it
