Porky Wow! is a popular food truck and restaurant serving a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. Their menu features a "Half Carnitas and Half Chicharron Plate" for $12, which includes four tortillas, green salsa, and a grilled jalapeno. The chicharron is fried fresh on-site, and the carnitas are also delicious. The restaurant offers a unique oven-baked cooking method and a refreshing agua fresca, as well as a Pina substitute for horchata. With a unique ordering process and patient-friendly service, Porky Wow! is worth the wait and a must-visit for foodies in the area.
