Disappointing Experience! My recent visit here left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, marking one of the worst experiences I've encountered at a restaurant I once enjoyed. My husband and I have been regulars here drawn in by its inviting atmosphere. Upon entering, we were greeted with the option to sit anywhere, only to be abruptly informed by our server, Belen, that the section we desired was closed. This initial confusion set the tone for the rest of the evening. As we settled into the open section, it became apparent that the two girls on staff were in a rush to close up shop, despite having a full hour until closing time. Belen's hurried demeanor and lack of attentiveness made for a far from peaceful dining experience. It felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The poor customer service we received left a sour taste in our mouths.

Was in town recently and needed some dinner after a long day on the road. After giving the menu a couple read throughs I opted for the Forever with You roll and an order of the Vegetarian eggrolls. The service was professional, friendly and kind. My to go order was packed securely and with attention to details, including everything you might need in the package. The food was okay. The egg rolls (3 to an order) were crispy and golden brown, but the veggies were way over cooked, just mushy on the inside. The Forever with You roll was good, a nice large roll and very crunchy with nice texture and consistency throughout the roll, double ended shrimp tempura style. Sweet and spicy. A decent choice for my night there, and served its purpose. Had better and also had worse. 3.5 Stars rounded up because of the staffs attention to the details. 00941

I wish I could relive the past thirty years of my life, horrible experiences of combat in Afghanistan included, just so I can make the decision of ordering food from this restaurant over again.That's how bad the food is.Life changing levels of bad.

The music was very eclectic. I was served by a wonderful waitress named Belyn and Aaliyah. Belyn greeted us, And seated us quickly. We quickly ordered. But just as quickly received our food, which was of top quality. Youd have thought we’re to have thought that we were served by some of the finest chefs known off the coast of Japan. Know as the greatest sushi chefs ever, but I have to comment that the food was absolutely fantastic. And the service of the most desirable. I’m sure I’ll be back in a short while. But I have to leave you saying that I am most satisfied with the service and the food. Would not wish that any other person had a thing to say in regards to just that. A little slice of perfection.See you guys next time.

What truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by our server, Melissa. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and promptness enhanced our dining experience.
