This is your run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant. I went there because they’re happy hour. Margaritas are relatively inexpensive. the food was OK. The service will need to pick up the pace when season starts 1 November.
This is a cute place. The decor is bright colors and birds. Typical Mexican style restaurant, cute and very clean. They offer alot on their menu, with quite a nice selection of seafood dishes. The food is average. I got a cheese enchilada, a beef enchilada, and beef tamale, and it was okay. My husband ordered a macho carne asada burrito, said he didn't like the sauce, and that the burrito was ok. The portions were good, and the service was very good. The only thing I thought...
Food is definitely worth the wait but our waitress was a mess. Took half our order left, then came back 15 minutes later?? Took the rest of the order?? Spaced out...super weird & uncomfortable. If you go move to a section where they don't have Rocio the waitress.... she's awful & you may see her once....then never again & not get your food ??
