This place is unbelievable every single time I go there they screw our order up baffles me something that they do every day they can't even get right pulled around found out where we're missing all the tacos we ordered had to go inside to get the tacos then we get back home we had ordered a Jumbo Jack and they gave us a chicken sandwich it amazes me these guys can't do their job this is at the Jack in the Box in Desert Hot Springs Palm Drive down by the freeway literally every single time we go there they get the order wrong then they won't even compensate you for their screw up after you tell them about it so gave the place to try again today went for the mini tacos loaded all I got was a big box filled with a bunch of stuff and it's a little tiny taco shells you can see in the corner but nothing in them why can't you people do at your job if this is the kind of food you're going to put out you shouldn't even have a job

I can't believe, I was there because I was craving a burger 🍔. I left disappointed by the place. The place is nice, it just needs more cleaning, the tables are dirty, a table with garbage on top, the floor is dirty, the chairs are also dirty, the napkin holders have no napkins. I went up to order my food and they only saw me, no one came up to say hello or ask what I wanted. Bad service. The hot food was good, the soda fountains were terrible, they only had Coca Cola, I had to buy a soda at the gas station. The truth is I would hesitate to return. Now I understand why it is lonely and sad 😭 in this place, please owner of the place pay more attention to these details, thank you.

Stopped after a long night at work, and the drive thru guy does NOT like his job. I get it, fast food sucks to work at. But it's a temporary job. Don't ruin the customers experience. Won't go back to this one. You all got your $15hr raise and still don't want to work

I was on Greyhound from LA. Good stopping point to get a bite and stretch your legs. Gas station same building plus drinks and munchies.
Parking: Plenty of parking. I've seen motor homes pull in. Trucks and dune buggies .
Only good thing here was that the guy cleaning the floor when I walked in said hello. I asked for a chicken sandwich only lettuce and onion. They said it didn't come with onion so they had to add it. Ok. So they give me a regular chicken sandwich with mayo on both sides of the patty. They were just talking and standing around. Probably why they messed up my order. Bathroom had no toilet paper and had just napkins

Well U all know how I feel about fast food. This place has good servers. They are slow at night! Lol.. This location always has a lot of homeless just hanging around not even eating. It makes people uncomfortable only because they smell offensive and they steal a lot. I feel sorry for them offer them help and give them money and they steal from me too!!! So I understand their point of view.
