Little Caesars Pizza

I've always loved this Little Caesars Pizza branch! I've been coming here for almost 15 years, and the breadsticks are always made the best! The pizza is on point- always. Staff isn't always the happiest, but they sure cook a mean pie! They do offer napkins just about every time I visit, so at least they care if the customer is satisfied. 10 out of 10, for sure!

Vegetarian options: They have veggies for toppings- in not sure what vegans wouldn't eat, but if cheese is on that list, maybe not.

Dietary restrictions: It's pizza... dough and greasy cheese... not the best option for someone on a diet...

Parking: It's a pretty small parking lot with a few fast food places in the same shopping center, so parking isn't always readily available. However, if you drive around the parking lot once or twice, someone is always bound to be pulling out of a spot.

Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love pizza?! We'll, a few, but there's breadsticks and desserts!

Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking and an entrance.

I don’t know why, but it seems more often than not that this one Little Caesars screws up our order than getting it right. Either we’ll be missing a pizza, or the toppings are wrong, or a pizza will be undercooked. I highly recommend going somewhere else cause you’ll more likely not get what you want. When they do get the order right, it’s great but sadly that’s no longer expected of this particular pizzeria. CEO needs to look into this place cause something ain’t right.

One thing I have time for is to write a review with bad customer service. Pick up the pizza got home and it wasn’t made right. I Called and let them know in a nice manner. They said come back in 15 minutes but BRING BACK THE PIZZA… like umm okay…
20 minutes pass, I come pick up the new pizza and it’s not ready. Gave them back the old pizza and they literally threw it away in front of my eyes… like really. I get mistakes get made but inconvenient when I have hungry siblings at home. What was the reasoning to come back & BRING THE PIZZA when it was going to get thrown away when you were the ones that messed up the order. Yes. It’s a little Caesar, it’s cheap pizza. But I’m gonna rant; This is why you guys have bad reviews! In conclusion check your pizza before getting home. And you should have let me kept THAT PIZZA!

I had went to pick up my order a couple days ago and one of the employees short and light skin that was wearing a black shirt,smelled liked alcohol when speaking to me. He was losing his balance when walking and was mumbling when talking. Very bad customer service. Also he looked very dirty and intoxicated.
Can’t give zero star so this will do. Rather much take the drive to another little Caesar’s in the valley.

The people at the front, so slow. It takes multiple times asking for the wait when the pizza is right there. They didn’t even check for the pizza, and the last time we asked they walked to the back and it was right there.

I just went to pick up my order at the DHS location and I told the person at the counter that I was picking up an Uber eats order andy full name.....he replied back that I needed a code...I told him that Uber eats doesn't give you a code. He said he couldn't give me the order unless I showed him something from Uber. I did and I got my pizza. I asked for his managers name and he asked me if I wanted the police called....is this the kind of service little Caesars stands behind? I'm very disappointed and mad.....I'll travel an additional 10 miles to Palm springs to get better service....DHS little Caesars doesn't deserve my business.

Horrible, horrible, hot and ready I don’t think so this is so nasty I can even eat it, every time I go in they have like 10 pizzas ready to go that look like they’ve been sitting there a while.

One of my pizzas was not cooked all the way I ordered crazy bread and I didn't get it and they said they didn't have any made and the guy had a bad attitude when I ask him how long would a take to make
