this is not against the cashier at all because it isn’t her fault but if you’re going to close ur store at 10:30 when the website says 11… maybe update the website so people don’t make the drive just to end up disappointed the worker was very nice about it though

Bought a lunch special but when I got home it must been sitting hours, this lil ceasers is consistently horrible.

Walked in and picked up my order from the hot case, realized I was missing something so I walked back in just to have a rude worker Abby stare at me , not even greet me or ask if I needed assistance. Told her I was missing something, she turned around, grabbed my item from the hot case and slid it across the counter to me and said “here” with a disgusting attitude.

Ordered 5 pizza combo meals with crazy bread or puff bites . Sent the kids to pick up the order and they only got 3 of the pizza combos. My wife went back to get the other 2 pizzas and informed them that they didn't give us everything the employee basically accused her of lying and gave an attitude throwing the pizza sauce

Ordered three hours ahead of time you think you’ll get it on time …nope 35 minutes late.. and they didn’t even bother to put it in the slot so I can retrieve it. I had to wait in line to ask somebody to pull it from the back. When I told him it was over 30 minutes late, he told me not to come back.. don’t need to Tell me that ! I will definitely never be back to that dump!

ALERT!! The last couple of times we ordered pizza from this location I kept seeing little white bugs on the inside of the pizza box running around our pizza!! Turns out it's booklice (also known as psocids) or grain mites. PLEASE make sure you guys check your products before selling your pizza!!!

I walked in and was standing at the register and the cashier just ignored me and walked away… she didn’t greet me or say anything these young kids need to learn customer service skills

After 7~ years of not going to this company for food I was curious and returned as a customer. I received a large serving of food poisoning for the last two days including today as well. Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Ordered online, went in to pick up my pizza. The pizza showed loaded in the pick up oven, but was not even boxed up. Two employees were talking while trying to get it out of the pan. They ripped the sides of the pizza off and then started to eat the edges of the pizza in the pan. Disgusting! The pizza was supposed to be square and it was round and not cut through. I had to rip the pieces apart. Never going back.

I’m so disgusted. I ordered only cheese pizza due to not eating pork. I’m getting a slice and it looks like there’s mold? So I start lifting the cheese and this is what I find. Not sure what it is? It has the color of mushroom but does not look like mushrooms. A slice I had earlier from a different cheese pizza also tasted like bacon in a bite. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. This place grosses me out. It’s obviously sloppy work and unsanitary. I’m done with little Caesar’s for good. Gross

Erica was extremely rude and nasty. They forgot one of my pizzas and I had to wait another 20 minutes for it, and didn't even get an apology or anything for messing up my order she was just extremely rude and gross about it.
