The manager julie or julia! Is very rude! Its been months since ive been going and she has no manners, i dont spect a full attention greeting but at least a hello and a welcome. Owner please ask the employees if they are comfortable working with her. She alwas has a mad face and dont talk to me attitude.

You know these days it's hard to feed a family on a budget and when you trust somebody to cook your food you expected to be good and that's not what's happening here.Warning do not buy their food I just got off the phone with the manager and he acted as if it didn't matter how bad the food was he said because I ate two slices and two chicken wings that I lost my money and that came they cannot reimburse me. I used to give Pizza Hut five stars but over the years the food has gotten terrible I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with chicken sausage and 16 piece boneless wings with barbecue sauce there was hardly any sauce on the chicken wings and the pizza was dry and I'm returning the food today there's hardly any sauce hardly any cheese it was overcooked the crust was hard it tasted like it had been made and been sitting there waiting for somebody to order it at least if I go to Rocky's I get so much toppings that you could actually take it off and put it on another pizza and fresh dough over there I think I'll spend my $30 over there instead of at Pizza Hut they do not know how to make pizza the owner is cheap and they're expensive for the quality of food I could go to a little dive hole pizza place and get a better Pizza than this very disappointed Pizza Hut update..... I gave him another chance and I ordered the personnel pan pizzas for $2 a piece I asked for cheese pizzas I got cheese on just one slice per Pizza they expected me to bring them back they're so cheap they didn't want to replace the no cheese pizzas... They wanted me toowastemy gas to come all the way back and she started yelling at me on the phone. I took pictures of the pizza I wish I could post it to show everybody but I will be talking to another manager about it no wonder this building is closing down you guys suck it's the worst place ever and your customer service is really bad especially what happened to the customer is always right I work at a fast food place that the customer is the main person that we serve to the best that we can unfortunately you don't find that here... The only person that I ever met that was polite was an older gentleman that works at night other than that.... And when he works the pizza is really good the food is really good so you guys got some people to fire they don't care about the food or the service or your restaurant. It's hard to feed your family these days and we expect good quality food still to me it's just a waste of money.

Worst pizza we have ever had. Ordered a medium Canadian ham, pineapple etc.Dried out no flavor and had no pineapple on the pizza.

I order on 2 Medium 1-Topping Pizzas, 8 Breaded Boneless Wings, Breadsticks or Cinnamon Sticks and a Dip cup Friday night and both pizzas where wrong my wings where cold and breadsticks where burt. And they didn't bring my right soda. I called and manger said my next order would be on them so I called today for lunch and there giving Mr a hard time telling they won't do what they said

Great story. Please read. I ordered a pizza online. Then the local store called me and said they didn't charge me for the sausage and that I had to pay $7 upon pickup.OK. Got it. Its a 20 minute drive to the Pizza Hut. I got there and had left my wallet on the kitchen table at home. The pizza was paid for except the $7. I'm an old woman but they would NOT give me the pizza. I even asked the manager. He said no that I would have to go home and get my wallet and drive back again if I wanted my pizza and pay the $7. I got super upset but came home and drove back to the store. I lost my cool and yelled at the cashier girl and the manager. All this for $7. When I got home the second time it had taken an hour and fifteen minutes to pick up that pizza. Then, I opened the box and to my amazement there was no sausage on the pizza anyway. Quite a story. Right? VERY BAD MANAGEMENT. THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE PIZZA IN THE FIRST PLACE. what a complete and utter waste of time and energy. I Paid $32 for the pizza in the first place. Good grief...

Hello Alexander George I was at the desert hot springs Pizza Hut location around 7:50-8:03 pm and the manager Julia told me I couldn’t put tables together for me and my family for our passed away loved ones birthday then when I said ok I’m gonna tell Alexander George about this because it’s never been an issue at any Pizza Hut location then she says it’s not allowed and I called her out for deleting reviews and being unprofessional because she has deleted my negative review before and other employees have warned me that she’s done that before if the reviews are negative and starts to get scared and and didn’t want to give her name to me and lied and said she asked the employee if we asked to move the tables but we were standing in the front the whole time and she never asked the cashier she just said that to cover herself when she randomly came out and started screaming we weren’t allowed to move tables so if you check the cameras you can clearly see she never asked the employee if we asked first I’m greatly disappointed because this isn’t how I wanted to spend my dead relatives birthday with my family and I’m tired of Julia getting away with being unprofessional and rude

We visited this restaurant with the idea of buying a few personal pizzas to bring back to our room. The guy at the til said we needed use our phone to read the barcode in order to get the menu. We didn't have a cell phone (Canadian phone without a US Plan). We asked if they had Wifi (negative). Basically he left us with no option but to drive down the road to another Pizza place. I am just shocked that they would not have a few menu's ready for just such a circumstance. The young lad didn't seem to care and certainly was not going to make any extra effort. The owner needs to encourage staff to take an entrepreneurial approach. Perhaps, He/She is unaware!. This type of (non) service is taking money directly out of your pocket. I'm not looking for anything more than making sure ownership is aware.

Went to my local pizza hut with my buddies and the order was supposed to be done by the time i got there, but when i went to the cashier he ignored me and my buddies request and we stood there for a good 6 minutes before he came back. We told him the order and he said the food wasnt done yet and it'll take 15 minutes. I glanced over to my left and see a worker drop a pizza before picking it back up to cook. We waited for the pizza and i noticed it was missing a few toppings, which together cost an extra 5 bucks to put on, all i had was a pepperoni pizza, but we were hungry so we ate it. A couple days later i go back to buy one pizza for myself and the cashier still took his time but the wait wasn't as bad as before, i got my pizza and it once again didnt have my toppings on it, so i imformed him and then he calls a girl in the back, they talk back and forth, with the lady saying she put the toppings on my pizza, which unless they are invisible to the naked eye, those toppings weren't there. She eventually looks at the pizza and brings back the toppings for it and my pesto drizzle, i walk out the door thinking the worst was over, but once i went back to my park, i noticed one thing, my pizza wasnt even cut, so i had to rip the pizza in order to enjoy what costed me 24 dollars. Also the app sucks, cant even make a complaint without being on the loading screen for god knows how long.

TL;DR the customer service is awful if there is an issue.

Pretty unhappy with Pizza Hut as a company regarding this. We’re (fam of 5) staying at a hotel before hitting the national park the next day. We had been out off roading and got to the hotel pretty late. I ordered a few pizzas and sides. One of the pizzas was ordered with no cheese for an allergy. Arrived a few minutes after the time the order was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t and I was told 5 more minutes. Once the order was ready, the guy working the counter checked it and marked off the items on the receipt but I didn’t check it, my bad. I got back to the hotel and the no cheese pizza had cheese. We called and selected the complaint option several times. Phone would ring and ring until it would just hang up. We called and selected the place an order option and we were connected to a call center. Told them of our concern and we were transferred back to the store where we were hung up on again. We tried calling the call center again to speak to them again and again were transferred back to the store and hung up on.
