A no frills Pizza Hut that we stopped by late at night. There was only one other customer eating in, the rest of the orders were for takeout. We ordered at the counter vs being served at the table.We ordered the cheese sticks and they were way overcooked and disappointing. The individual pan pizzas were good though.

Ordered a big dinner box through the app and they had it ready for me at the pickup window. I've had a great experience every time I've done that. The staff is always very friendly and courteous.
I'm very disappointed I was blamed for stealing something when I was here before driver. Micheal rude I go to my car get my phone he locks the door I drove to drive thru didnt give a response to why. When it closes at 8:30. I notified corporate I worked for mr. Jackie Robinson off chase and avacodo the service here was zero the person hung up. This establishment needs a audit done there unethical behavior

I really cant stand how these corporate pizza places dont allow you to just call the store. I call to place an order via the call button and they want me to know all the info on the store that Im going to, Im traveling I have no idea. Just ring the store that was brought up in maps. Local places to consider taz and rockys and for wings wingstop

Staff is horrible. They fault others for their Mistakes. It's so easy to just remake the order you the company screwed up on. Instead, No remake, No Refund per the Manager... Just excuses and rudeness... Other Pizza places and Restaurants in DHS that need our support. Customer Service used to mean something..... They must be super busy at this location to treat customers like this.

The website is extremely slow, also if I would've known door dash was going to deliver my items, I would have never placed an order. The person had a car full of people and on top of that a dog as well, my boxes were wet and had dog hair on them! This is not hygienic at all! I should've ordered from dominoes. Never buying here again.
I went online set up a account and tried to order after slow loading and problems took me 30 min to finally get to check out and the page wouldn't proceed. So I called to place a order after waiting on hold for 12 min. I ordered explained the problems online and asked if I could get the same price for my large pizza they said no that's a online price but online wasn't working. So I asked if they had carry out specials nope!!!. So I had to pay 6$ more foemr a pizza because their website wasn't working. And after 30 min online I didn't feel like downloading a app. So when I get there to patmy and address my concerns they hand me coupons for next time. Why couldn't they apply the coupon to that order that took me 45 min to place. Then when I pick up they forgot my wings . Only 3 items in my order. Will not come back to this location

The food was good, and so was the service. The employees were very nice. The atmosphere is non existent. There is none.
I came with my wife and kids and some relatives to dine in, as we get in we moved to tables together to be all together as we always do in this place (the restaurant was empty we were the only ones), immediately the manager came out with an attitude telling us “you can not move tables around without telling us first” that didn’t felt welcoming specially because of the attitude she showed toward us, I immediately replied to her asking her “can we move the chairs?” (they were already moved together) she said yes and that was it, my only question is was that awkward interaction necessary?

Horrible service a lady did not want to give us the order just because my parents specked Spanish. They did not even want to give us our order because the app had out it under the name Gilberto and not Gilbert and we told her all of the contact details and it matched it exactly and she still did not want to give us the pizza for that one mistake. People really have to check their staff this is unacceptable.
