Best place to eat at MLCC.

The food here is always good but the service here is always lacking. I don't expect great service at a sandwich place but it always feels like the cook is making you a huge favor by making your food. I also don't like how they nickel and dime you for everything. I ordered $40 worth of food and I asked if I can get a little container of Ranch, the cook said that it will be 25 cents extra. It's not a big deal it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth like you're at a McDonald's in downtown LA instead of a country club. But the main reason why I wanted to write this review is that I ordered two sides of coleslaw to go with my fish and chips, paid the extra charge and there was no coleslaw to be found when I got home. I called the restaurant and told them about it, without an apology I hear what do you want? I asked if they can take it off my bill because I am a member there and I asked to put the charge on my membership, and they said no if you want the coleslaw come and get it. So the moral of the story is if you just want food and you don't care how you are treated, the food here is good but make sure to check your bag twice before you leave.

Hidden gem of Desert Hot Springs. Quick and tasty dishes, wonderful staff, modifications as requested. Daily specials. The establishment is very clean and well kept. The views are spectacular. Great environment. If you're in town definitely stop here. Open 6:30 AM - 6 PM

Get it together to pay to fix or replace the soft serve ice cream machine or purchase a deep freezer and offer hand scoops. This is neither cost prohibitive nor difficult. Act like responsible adults and officials.
