I keep trying to give this location a try. Since I live in town, however, every experience is an awful one at this particular Starbucks. They never get the drink order correct. And today, I was served a ridiculous sandwich that was completely deconstructed again.I probably will never return to the starbucks.

I was happily surprised to find a Starbucks in the desert hot springs area. We are 10 minutes away so it was worth the drive to get my coffee fix. It's not the most beautiful Starbucks I have been, but that's not so important.

Ordered on line and when my dasher got there she told them twice who she was picking up for and they ignored her took 45 minutes for them to start to make my drink

Marine Veteran, I'm not too happy with this location. Looks very dirty, and the attitudes seem a little bit off. What I did notice is they cap off the charging ports, I'm assuming they don't want or welcome homeless people to at least come in and charge their devices.. nasty.. if you're not going to welcome homeless people to charge devices at least make sure the place is clean. Very unsat, and noticeable.
New update.. they can't follow simple instructions, ice on the side, they need to take their time and just not assume customers wanted ice inside the drink, know I wanted it on the side. They said it was marked off with no ice in the drink, of course! said no ice but I want ice on the side... you guys need to pay attention. I don't know what's going on with Starbucks recently but you're not focusing and following simple directions. If you can't follow simple instructions I doubt you're able to maintain cleanliness, or any other serious aspect of the business. Focus Starbucks.

The attitudes just seem to get nastier, if you don't want to work here then don't work here, it's as simple as that, when these attitudes get cleared up and they get their act together i can easily put this back to five stars, I have nothing against Starbucks. If you don't want to work here don't come to work it's pretty simple.

This location runs out of Macha Tea every week. Only location on this side of valley, and manager doesn't order enough Macha Tea. We started going to Bob Hope/Varner Rd location instead. Staff is great, drinks are always good when they have the products you want to order.

Went by the drive-thru and took too long deciding on one of the many delicious refreshers when Ms sleeve tattoo with the blonde ponytail asks if I'm going to order something...very rude. Everyone at any given location I have been to has always been so courteous and pleasant.

Looks like they're more focused on popping up lgbtq Flags on the window then just providing service they give nasty horrible service, well I guess it's up to par with the values they hang on the window. Stop focusing on that and just serve coffee and provide customer service instead of focusing on other agendas.
Its disgusting it looks like they're not even mopping the floors or cleaning the floors whatsoever the attitudes are disgusting, they're in the middle of a basically homeless Village but still shouldn't be an excuse the way this location is performing, it also looks like they're more focused on lgbtq with their flags on the window but they're not performing like any Starbucks should. Let's get cracking starbucks..
