I ordered a tall cinnamon dolce latte this morning and most of my drink was missing . I had asked for half the amount of syrup , not half of the drink . I don’t drink my coffee with the lid so I saw exactly how much they served me. Do better .

This place is nasty. We came in and got two drinks and got sick with the cold literally that night. Was told that people can’t have time off if they are sick. wrecked my vacation

Prices are getting a little pricey.. it must be that minimum wage thing... lol I do love ❤️ me some Starbucks. I do have a couple complaints. When they mark on the cups like in the pictures, the drinks sweat, you end up with permanent marker on your hands. (Lid would be better). And what is up with my lemon 🍋 pound cake in a bag in a bag? These seems like a waste of paper/plastic or whatever. Just think if all 38,000 in every store in 80 countries did this, how much waste in our land fills? I am just saying. I love Starbucks, but you guys can do better.

Always buy here. Today at the drive thru the younger woman working the window is absolutely one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered at thislocation. I will certainly consider my other options after this experience.

I have been going to this Starbucks every morning for almost 3 years. They have always been kind, know me by name and make even the worst mornings a little better. I’m moving out of town and am heartbroken I can no longer visit this location. Management -if you read this play know that your staff is top notch! Thank you for all your hard work.

Surprisingly well-run location. Multiple staff members said hello and goodbye as we left - basically unheard of. Coffee and sandwich came out quickly, as ordered. Drive-thru lane moves very slowly, so go inside of you’re in a hurry.

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe and I finished the last bit of it a moment ago and spat out a strand of hair that was balled up. I am extremely grossed out by this. Not sure what the policy with loose hair but I am extremely grossed out.

The staff were nice, but I was stuck in the drive thru lane for at least 15 minutes the other day and stuck inside ordering the day before for 15 minutes. If you need to get to work on time do not go here. There also is a homeless person in the drive thru with some poor dog that rests its head on the curb of the pull around. It’s depressing to have to experience and worrying for the dog. Please ask this person to move for quality of service and safety of their pet.
