I came here and was at the end of the worst customer service. A worker named Katrina was very rude to me. She made stark remarks about my order and myself. I felt very disrespected. I also noticed she was very disrespectful to the other workers as well berating them. All this for a simple sandwich order. I asked her for information to speak with a manager and received none. Will not be returning if disrespect continues.

Hector, who I believe to be the manager fixed an order for me that was caused by technical issues through the website. He was kind and understanding, I’m super grateful for him! Recommend the subway. The owner of this establishment should be proud of who they have running the business!

Typical Subway but I wanted to shout out the friendliness of the staff. They were very quick in their jobs and always smiling and talking to the customers. They enjoy their work and they made this location have a much more positive vibe than a typical Subway. Recommend this location if in the mood for a sandwich!

Nice place to sit down for a bit. The outside of the location unfortunately has heavy foot traffic and the lines of cars for a nearby drive through are ridiculous.

The food and workers are just as good as any other Subway, my main issue is with the opening times.

The opening time everywhere for this location is listed as 9 pm, however most times I try to go there they’re almost always late to opening by 30 or more minutes. But my recent experience is the only reason I ended up making this review; I tried to go in at 9:50 but they somehow were still setting up inside. My issue is not with the workers, all of them are very nice and friendly. But if it’s going to take that long to set up every time, then please change the opening time to 9:30 or 10:00. There is no reason it should be shown as 9:00 if it almost never actually opens on time, it’s completely misleading. Thank you

I love this place. It's very well run and everyone is very helpful whenever I'm trying to do something with my phone. They're very patient. The gentleman who I believe runs the place, maybe the owner, he always makes sure you are greeted with a friendly welcome.

Hi guys, I had a really bad experience with Subway. I ordered 5-foot sandwiches and 2 Annie's pretzels for pickup through the app. When I got home I was super disappointed. First I ordered whole wheat bread and got white bread. I also asked for additional vegetables since we are vegetarians, but there is hardly any of them. And I specifically asked for mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, but the sandwiches were completely dry. The pretzels were so tough I couldn't even bite into them. I had to throw them away. It's like they don't even know how to make a sandwich or take an order properly. This is definitely the last time I go to this subway. Incompetent people.

Worst management ever purposely puts that the footlongs are sold out online so no one in the city could get any of the deals online. I used to work in the food industry you have to manually input that those items are sold out that day so no one can order them.

Lunch tune and only bread available is white bread cuz they haven't baked anything all morning Terrible service the other bread was dine and sitting for at least 10 min but there respons was they can't handle it and wouldn't sell me just a loaf so I could remake my sandwich at home definitely need to fore everyone on shift and restart

I travel around and this is by far the worst subway i've been to. This Subway is responsible for me never wanting to eat subway again.Yeah , I stop going to subway because you guys kept cancelling my order without telling me. So I would show up at subway and they would look at me like i'm stupid. And when I show them the receipt they say sorry we got nothing for you. So I said this is the right location. May I please just get the food I paid for. They said no. They said this always happens with mobile orders and online orders. So I just give up. Haven't eaten a Subway in 5 years.Despite my warning, my neighbor decided to make an online order. And the same thing happened to him. It's crazy to me that in 5 years. They still haven't been able to figure out how to do mobile/ online orders. The manager said they don't have any procedures and This happens all the time.

This place is gross. So dirty. The kitchen side especially is terribly dirty and so is the customer side. Lots of unfinished construction. I sure hope a contractor didn’t do this work. Feels like the owner said, hey I own a hammer and drill, I’ll do the work. I have other pictures Google won’t let me upload for some reason.
