This location is slow, If I door dash or mobile order I come inside to pick it up and always end up waiting like 20 minutes to get the order. At the front it's hard to get someone's attention or they will ask you the same thing over and over again. They don't seem very organized here.

Monique was very rude to her employees. Made a comment of it being a rush, but that’s what fast food restaurants are and I know how hard it can be working at a fast food restaurants because I’ve been in their shoes before however, if one of the team members are not knowledgeable in certain areas, I don’t think it is necessary to catch an attitude, especially being a team lead or a part of the management team They should be able to coach them right then and there or at least be respectful. I didn’t even get refunded the difference of the incorrect items that I’ve received. And I could see that a lot of of people Comments on this Taco Bell if you don’t like your job, find another one everyone there doesn’t have to be miserable do better

Every time I come here to pick up a delivery order,theses people wait for 10 to 15 minutes.no staff even comes to ask under whose name you want to pick the order.after that I always have to wait for 30 minutes,35 minutes. I have to wait for 45 minutes and even then .
Many times due to this,violations occurs on our door dash account.

The service at this Taco Bell is atrocious, they ignore you, once you reach someone they tell you that your order will be ready in 2 minutes and 15 minutes later you're still waiting at the counter and there's no one around. Most of the employees are very nice but they obviously have poor management and it is appalling the lack of service I have received every time I go there.

Went in the drive-through on my lunchtime lady was really rude as a Manager. Don’t think she should be working. There doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job. Didn’t know you guys hired managers that are very rude . Then again on top of being rude getting my order incorrect. Then when I go back she lies and say she didn’t take my order when she was the one because I remember her voice . And before pulling up to the window she walked away and the guy is the one who grabbed my money. The thick lady I believe she is black she is always nice to me I love her but the skinny lady that is the same race as her has a big attitude shouldn’t be working there as manager with that attitude

Absolutely terrible service! I was in there to pick up a door dash and at 1st they completely ignored me then after they finally took the name for the order it took a half hour causing me to miss out on other possible deliveries! Seen 2 managers just wondering back & fourth not helping to speed things up! And this was not the 1st time by the way!

I got the taco, and it was broken in half . I don't understand why their tacos always fall apart as soon as they put it in the bag.
